Daycare Nutrition Amherst/Getzville Daycare & Preschool Creative Play Learning

CPLC is proud to participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). CACFP is a federal program, run by the USDA's food and nutrition program. The main goal of CACFP is to ensure children are receiving nutritious and appealing foods. The program strives to help children make healthy choices and give them the foundation needed to make good nutrition part of daily life. Families may be asked to fill out certain forms needed to participate in the program.

CPLC provides each child with breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. A weekly menu is always posted in the classroom. Copies are available for families as well. Our menu meets CACFP guidelines and regulation.
