Educating and Caring for your Child with Confidence.

The Creative Play Learning Center chooses teachers based on education levels, experience and character.  We understand that each family’s experience at our center will be based on the quality of care and education each teacher has to offer your child.  An educated, experienced, professional teacher makes a difference in each classroom, from the physical environment to positive interactions.  Our high standards are apparent as you meet and form trusting relationships with your child’s teachers.

Upon joining our team of teaching professionals, teachers go through an extensive interview process to assure their compatibility with our high standards. Each teacher completes an Orientation and Training Program which comprehensively covers everything from understanding The Creative Play Learning Center mission statement, goals and objectives to health and safety, supervision, curriculum, communication and so much more.

The center director creates and maintains Individual Continuing Education Log for each teacher.  Appropriate courses, trainings and in-services are continually researched and made available to our team of teachers.  Our professional developments meet all state licensing requirements, and are focused on various early childhood development topics.

We strive to assure that every classroom, infant through preschool, has a lead teacher with a minimum of a CDA Credential (Child Development Associate Credential), or two year or four year degree in early childhood education.  In addition, all teachers are trained in Infant/ Child First Aid/CPR with current certificates.
